Phenomenal! We ate dinner on a Friday night as a party of 7. We were seated immediately. The space is beautiful playing on the historic past and new modern elements. The staff was everything a business owner could dream of. The General Manager welcomed us warmly. We asked him about his favorite menu items. We all tried menu items we normally would not have tried based on his reccomendations. The staff even walked by our table with an order of the short ribs because they knew we were on the fence about them. They also have a fantastic kids menu as well. I could not find one on their website but it does exist. There was not a single thing ordered we did not share and love. Do yourself a favor and check them out! *last note: the tomato vinegarette is gold! My favorite salad dressing of all time!

I look forward to eating at this restaurant every time we are in town. The attention to detail is incredible. From the atmosphere to the service and food to drinks it’s nothing but perfection! The presentation, texture, and flavor of each dish is an incredible sensory experience. The chicken Marsala was the best I’ve ever had. The trout, brussel sprouts, and salmon are amazing. Honestly, I think all of their dishes are probably superb. I can’t wait to go back.

The manager and our waiter were both VERY accommodating to our son's gluten allergy. The service was exceptional, and the food was equally impressive. We ordered the pretzel charcuterie, chicken lettuce wraps (on special), the trout, and salmon. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately the sanitation score is now extremely low. We didn’t realize until we went in to sit down. The health score didn’t used to be that bad but upon looking at the health records, there were a lot of repeat risk factors. We tried to stick with something we felt was “safe” to eat and ordered three burgers and a sandwich. The burgers we asked to be medium well. Two of the burgers came out completely raw in the middle. One of which we cut in half to check. We sent them back and one of the burgers came back cut in half suggesting they just put the patty back on the grill instead of getting a new one. I hate to give such a bad review but I have not been to a restaurant this bad in a while. The sandwich and the other burgers that we got were fine but tasted old and definitely not worth the price. To be honest, this is a restaurant Gordon Ramsey needs to come and help before it gets shut down.
