I started following Laurine on social media long before I jumped on board to have her as my trainer and coach. I loved her content and her approach towards fitness and food. Since I started working with her she has been AMAZING. I wish I’d made the jump sooner. I trusted her process, even though it had me eating more food and calories than I ever thought I’d be able to and still lose weight AND she didn’t have me in the gym every day of my life. Long before I saw any physical results I felt the improvements. She helps me heal my relationship with food and with my own body. My brain is a huge jerk and she has been right there helping me untangle that mess. I am in a completely different place than I was before I started with her and for the first time in my life I believe I’m in a place to make my health, fitness and weight a permanent change for my health. To me that has been the most valuable thing I’ve gotten out of working with Laurine. Also? I freaking love the workouts she has set up for me. I’m stronger, more confident, and most importantly not at war with my own body anymore. There are a million trainers out there, but if you want someone who works with your life (not against it), doesn’t shove some one-size-fits-all nonsense at you, and genuinely cares about your growth and not just your wallet then Laurine is your girl. I’d recommend her a million times over.

Being coached by Laurine has been an amazing experience. At first I was scared it would be too hard like all the other programs and trainers I've tried. But Laurine LISTENS to me. She helps me set MY OWN goals and she keeps me accountable. I have never felt so strong! I'm hitting my macros and working out consistently without all the struggle I once had. Thank you Laurine!

Laurine really helped my shame around my struggles with being consistent. Also I now can look in the mirror and feel good enough. She helped me with my all or nothing mentality which had me bingeing on foods I considered ‘illegal.’ I will always struggle from time to time but she helped me see a whole new way of thinking about food, my health, and my body.
