I just moved out of NYC to Greenwich and luckily found this amazing studio! I’ve been practicing for over 25 years and this is by far one of the nicest hot yoga studios I have been to, and I have been to some of the best after living in LA, Aspen and NYC. The space is modern with a super clean zen like aesthetic with plenty of candles and cozy fur accents. And most importantly, the yoga class one excellent! I can’t say enough about this studio except your missing out if you don’t give it a try. 10 stars!

This place is the ultimate escape! I love taking time out of my day to stop by The Studio Greenwich for a quick class or time in their infrared saunas. The facilities are the cleanest and nicest that I've seen in the area and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. It's hard to believe that this sanctuary is just a quick drive from Greenwich town and downtown Port Chester! It's a must visit for anyone who appreciates a place to relax.

We came into town for a girls weekend and decided to book a yoga session for one of our mornings. The studio Greenwich far exceeded expectations!! It’s absolutely gorgeous inside and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our yoga instructor was well-versed, accommodating and it was an amazing session. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend enrolling in a class!

I attended Jessica's Vinyassa Class today & it was a delight! The Studio is absolutely beautiful . It has a state of the art heating system ~ which has very low humidity & feels warm without Being uncomfortable . Jessica is an inspiring instructor ~ she never repeats the same sequence Twice. She is attuned to each Student in her class & completely professional . I always feel Invigorated when I leave her class ~ without being wiped out, This is a delightful oasis . I cannot say enough great things about the space.
