I really hate leaving a negative review but am honestly disappointed. It was very hard for me to go to therapy and be vulnerable with a stranger. I also confided this sentiment to my therapist. My first few sessions were great. But then there started to be scheduling conflicts, she canceled 30 min before my appointment for a personal matter, i rescheduled the next one, then she canceled 15 minutes past my appointment time due to an emergency. Which of course I understand things happen. But I was never contacted to reschedule and honestly just feel like im a burden as a client or something. If they did not have the time or capacity to take me on as a client I wish they could have said that or referred me somewhere else. My last session was July 30th so I just feel abandoned at this point and it has really deterred me from wanting to seek help going further.

Completely unprofessional behavior. My child's father began the process to begin supervised therapeutic visits. He did an intake with Chayne, as did we. My son hasn't seen his father in months. The day the visit was to happen the therapist called the morning of to not only cancel but ghost us all and not return phone calls. Those 2 intakes were not only expensive financially but even more costly to my special needs son's spirit.

Jessica is one of the best therapists I've ever had. She's open and intuitive which most times u don't find this day in age. In my opinion she needs a raise. She has been helping me in the darkest times of my life and I'm thankful for her. 100% one of the best and I went through 4 therapists in Maryland. Nothing to the likeness of what she has to offer. 5 stars

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the local area and collaborate with the therapists here at The Therapy Collective. When a few of their patients started seeing me for medication management, I noticed that they didn’t have enough great things to say about their therapeutic experiences with Megan, Chayne and Pam. I reached out with a Christmas card and we have developed an amazing working relationship that benefits the patients and providers with open communication, respect and understanding for what everyone brings to the relationship. It is so wonderful to have a safe place to refer patients to outside my areas of expertise or when they may need a different perspective or more therapy time than I can provide.
