First time patient. Completed everything online. I scheduled an appointment a few weeks out. On the day of my appointment just hours before, it was canceled but I received an emailed message as though I had canceled. When I called to tell them I shouldnt be charged a fee as I did not cancel they agreed and told me they had to cancel because the therapist was out and I was told they'd need to reschedule with someone else as this therapist didn't have availability for new patients. I decided not to proceed with any services through them.

Literally dreadful they charge every cent they can. Customer service is a literal joke. My counselor said it was fine to email if I couldn't make a meeting... after that being said I got charged 135 dollars. My counselor quit and went to another counseling company with about 2 weeks of heads up.Then after all that they came back a month later taking another 30 bucks for something they miscalculated over half a year earlier. MONEY HUNGRY, Not here to help people.

Nicolle Rubino has been working with me for a few weeks so far. So far it has been significantly better than any other therapy ive done. Even after a few sessions I feel like we are making progress. I can feel that there is a plan to tackle my issues and that alone has been really great.
