Staff was very friendly and sparking up conversation, specifically Aman and Gurjeen. Service was prompt and efficient and everything was done as expected. Seems like a rarity nowadays especially at fast food places like these, so it’s nice to see staff that treat you like a person.

Stopped here as we came down from Barrie to Erin . Ordered from drive through for three people and two dogs (al a Carte sausage) Order was complex, the person taking the order could speak English no mistakes were made and the food awesome. We do this trip often and sometimes eat in. Kudos to this Timmies. Keep up the excellent service, a Vanguard by which other Tim Hortons can be gauged. FANTASTIC!

Staff are nice enough but they dont have a sign for since side of the counter to pick up mobile orders and I waited at one side for about 5 minutes before one staff member asked another infront of me "what's that lady here for?" The woman she asked did finally address me and said itd be at the other side. That's when she started making my drink. But she was kind and clarified how I wanted my order and even said taste it and if you don't like it, I'll remake it so that was nice. But they definitely need signage and a better system for mobile orders, if I have to announce that I'm here for them to start making the drink, I may as well order at the counter.

Ordered a roast beef sandwich and got it and the beef was freezing cold like it had not been cooked. This is disappointing and completely unacceptable. The staff had no respect and was completely rude when i had brought my sandwich back in freezing cold asking for a new one. Had given me no apology or a sorry that this had happened either.
