My appointment was on 4th August Synergy Dental, Centre Drive-absolute unsatisfactory . Paid good money for a filling two months back, and it’s crumbling inside my mouth. Piece fell out while eating . its not recommended I need a free appointment and free treatment again

Just a follow up post from one I wrote last week. After having trouble with an appointment last week Synergy dental practice manager managed to resolve all my issues and for that I can only thank him. Then today I attend the appointment he made me, I received my dentures and am so pleased with them. Then I try to take them out and failed, so I rang the dentist who told me to come straight down. The problem was solved in 5 minutes so for all this I can only thank the dentist and say that my experience this time was of outstanding service. Thank you

Booked a private appointment for a scale and polish, had to wait 3 months. They booked me in on a bank holiday Monday which i questioned the man said they was open. The Friday before the bank holiday they rang to cancel my appointment as they was closed and when I asked for another appointment it was another 3 months. Absolute joke!!
