The ladies at the other (completely different company) was happy and so so friendly. The lady at this place seemed like she didn't want to talk to me

A few years ago, I had a procedure done at this clinic, electrocautery under my eye to remove some small bumps that looked like milia. Although the treatment seemed to go fine my skin later reacted, and I developed some hyperpigmentation in the treated areas. Over time, those spots became lighter than the rest of my under-eye skin, which left me feeling really stressed and unhappy with the results. I waited several months, hoping they’d improve naturally, but unfortunately, they didn’t. Eventually, I decided to return to the clinic and explain what had happened. That’s when I met Alin again, the same lovely person who had done my initial consultation. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly took the time to listen to me. Rather than dismissing my concerns, she genuinely wanted to help and offered me a few laser sessions to help restore the spots to a more even tone. Alin went above and beyond. She supported me through a situation that had been emotionally difficult, and her approach made a big difference. I believe high-quality services are essential, but what really sets a clinic apart is how they treat their clients when complications arise. The way Alin and the clinic handled everything showed a level of care and professionalism that’s rare and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for expert service paired with genuine client care.
