USG is a great venue for professional conferences! The networking space outside of the lecture hall was uplifting/lofty, but just the right size to be conducive to conversation. The lecture hall was a dream: comfortable seats, charging stations by each chair, microphones, x3 screens, and doors to the space close quietly. No difficulty finding parking.

The Universities at Shady Grove (USG) is an exceptional educational hub in Maryland. It brings together nine of Maryland’s public universities on one campus, offering a unique and collaborative learning environment. As a student, I have had the privilege to experience diverse programs and top-notch faculty from multiple institutions without having to commute to various campuses. The facilities are state-of-the-art, and the campus is beautifully maintained. The library, study spaces, and technology resources are extensive, ensuring that students have everything they need to succeed. The staff is incredibly supportive and always available to assist with academic and career guidance. USG fosters a strong sense of community, with numerous events, clubs, and activities that promote networking and personal growth. The integration of different universities provides a rich tapestry of academic and cultural experiences, making it an ideal place for anyone looking to further their education in a dynamic and supportive environment. Overall, USG is an outstanding choice for students seeking a high-quality, collaborative, and resource-rich educational experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful campus, small but nice. Parking are kind of far unless you do paid meter parking. There are street parkings, however, you’re taking a chance, and it’s all depends on what time your classes are. There is grab and go snack and drinks facility in every building , which is very convenient. Also, is a gym , a library, conference rooms, and private rooms that can be reserved for group studies across five buildings.

Neat campus Located in rockville biotech and research zone. Facility are brand new. Library are open to the community. Easy access to travilah shopping plaza. parking along the road is FREE but please avoid parking in Dunkin donuts shop parking lot.
