My family and I have been coming to this salon for years and always had great experiences with Sam and Chloe. Unfortunately, my recent appointment with Meera was very disappointing. Despite clearly explaining that I wanted long layers and no short, choppy cuts, she ignored my request and did the opposite. When I raised my concerns, she insisted she wasn’t wrong. Senior stylist Nalini tried to fix it, but there wasn’t much she could do. This experience has ruined my trust in the salon, and I would not recommend booking with Meera.
