My wife and I recently purchased a home thru The W Group. Our agent was Courtney Hicks and she was wonderful. She was professional, cordial, and so pleasant to work with. She wasn't high pressure and answered all our needs. She invited us to contact her anytime with any questions. After the sale she checked in with us and provided us with local vendors to help with any needs. I've purchased many homes in my 78 years, but this one was the most pleasant because of Miss Courtney. Trey and his fantastic team’s focus on guidance, Transparency and clarity highlighted the home buying & selling journey for me and my family. Communication was prompt and effective, keeping me informed every step of the way. If needed, Trey was always, individually, available to answer my questions and provide updates throughout the process. The W GROUP as a team understood my family’s wants and needs, which promoted trust and created an extremely positive experience. Trey and his team’s extensive knowledge of the current market doesn’t take a back burner though. We watched W Group work together to get my homes bought and sold; the creativity and outside-the-box thinking were top tier.

Michael Smith helped us make this whole process super easy, less stressful, and was incredibly focused on making sure we were happy and taken care of.
