We saw the “Globe experience “ advertised and thought it would be a great place to celebrate a friends bday The globe was the only thing that was. We arrived about 7 minutes before our reservation time and waited momentarily to be taken to the globe. The say you are able to stay in the globe up to 2 hours. I’m assuming thats because the service was incredibly slow …. To get everyone with just the first drink was comical . When I ask a waitress what red they recommend I don’t expect the answer to be “Well I don’t drink red so no idea” ….and the service was about that level the whole night. Offering to join the table as it was set for 6 not 5 as reserved….lol …how about you just get ANY part of the order in a timely manner….(never happened) Waiting for any food………we literally were laughing at how many times we thought someone was actually coming with something and they just walked by to another table. The price does not make sense to the quality or quantity of the order Charging $34 …for 2 scallops…give your head a shake Schnitzel served luke warm at best. Not one person out of 5 thought there meal was worth what they paid. …..not one ….out of 5 mains and 4 appetizers ordered. I think I read there is other globe experiences in the area. I would try somewhere else that does not charge $$$ that does not equal in anyway to quality and portion size. I have 5 people who can support the entire experience without being unprofessional and attacking people? Lol goes along with the delusional portion to pricing menu. . What type of business attacks a person instead of “addressing any issues” as they believe they did not happen….I never said anyone did a bad job just slow. The server actually apologized saying “everyone arrived at once” sorry for the delay. At one point we were calling out to her from the globe to get a drink I’ll update my settings I think I’ve rated people 1 twice out of all the reviews, this experience and your response earned it I would change this to a 0 if I could.

WOW!! This place is so nice. My wife and I went for the first time this December. The lights are beautiful. We booked one of the many snow globes to dine in outside. They are warm and cozy! They have music and heaters and blankets. The service was excellent and friendly! And the food!! It was so good. I highly recommend this place! One of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant in a long time! Prices are very reasonable for what you’re getting! If your reading reviews to see if you should come here, the answer is YES! This is such a great spot to enjoy with friends , family or just a date. We rented an outdoor heated globe. It was very warm so you don't have to worry about being cold in the winter. The food was amazing. We had the crab wontons, whiskey glazed salmon , and my hubby had the steak (way better than The Keg) the drinks were also very good. Lots of different options for food and drinks. We will definitely be back!

Reservation easily made online - and quickly seated. Patio was popular on a Summer Sunday night. There were lawn games and beautiful flowers and staff were attentive. All the food was looking great and portions large. There was a Gluten Friendly menu, but not a separate fryer - keeping it healthy. Drinks menu included drinks with no alcohol too! Great night by the river.
