He was patient with me around my limited understanding of tech language and was able to clearly explain every step along the way being transparent about costings and explaining every step of what he wa doing. Karan helped me in a very timely manner even working through the weekend and provided guidance on how I can now own my own website rather than paying a provider for hosting space which I much appreciated as i was not aware of this option. He even gave me step by step detailed videos of how to open the Initial account so he could complete the migration process efficiently from his end making it easy ( even for me!) After he was finished the task I initially asked he provided further assistance he could provide to improve my website with costing attatched if desired but put no pressure on me to follow through. I appreciated this as often I have felt pressured by similar companies to commit to contracts etc. Great experience - would recommend if you are looking for someone trustworthy to rely on for your website needs.
