We worked with Meg Robinson, Gina's colleague, for day of services for our August wedding at Old St. Joe's and the Museum of the American Revolution. We planned our wedding in less than 9 months, and when we reached out to Gina in January, she was already booked on our date. But she set us up to work with Meg Robinson, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Meg and Gina both worked with us the last 10 days or so before our wedding, including attending our final on-site prep meeting with the Museum. It was such a relief to know that they were handling the final communications and confirmations with all of our vendors. Meg was invaluable on our wedding day. She was with me every step of the way and she was a calming presence every moment of the day. She handled all of the little details with patience, grace, and professionalism. Even my dad, who was not involved in wedding planning details, raved about how fantastic she was. I highly recommend working with Meg. She helped make it the best day of our lives.

Gina was absolutely incredible to work with for our Philadelphia wedding on 10/14/23. From our very first phone call, we knew we were in excellent hands, and working with her gave us such peace of mind on the weeks leading up to and on our big day. She allowed us to go from having a bunch of disconnected details to feeling like we had a clear plan. Gina truly took care of everything and helped with all of the logistics and details to pull off the perfect day. She called all of our vendors to confirm details, attended our rehearsal, drove family members, bridal party, etc. between venues when it rained, helped me into my dress, helped set up our reception items, and took care of every possible detail you could imagine. She made herself available to not just us as the couple, but to all of our friends, family members, and vendors who got to know and love Gina too! Gina was our day-of wedding coordinator and she was beyond fantastic! We met twice before the wedding to review details, so I already felt like we knew each other on the day of the wedding. In addition to organizing everyone and keeping us on schedule, Gina made sure everything was set up correctly for the ceremony and the reception, bustled my dress, fixed a flower arrangement (she was literally cutting flowers in the ladies room), went back to the hotel for something we forgot, bought socks for my stepdaughters to wear because their feet hurt in their shoes, fixed my make up...I could go on and on. It was like having a friend at our wedding with a great attitude whose only goal was to help us have an amazing day.
