I was very happy when I left The White Door after getting nail extensions and polish. BUT literally after two days, 2 of my nails came out. Not what anyone expects after paying almost 5k. I got the extensions for a wedding. I couldn’t even remove the other nails. Imagine having to attend a wedding with two nails out :/ Would not recommend the The White Door to anyone.

Well organised, systematic parlour for all of one's beauty needs.. A perfect facial by Chitra was what I needed to relax...this was complimented by a smart haircut and styling by Imran! Pricing is a bit steep, however one is happy with the results...so all's well 😃🌹

I came for a deep tissue massage at The White Door and was very satisfied with the service. I've been to other spas at this same price point (Palms Spa, Myrah Spa) and this one was far better than both. The room was well-equipped and very modern, the masseuse was polite and professional and the shower was well stocked. The massage bed was even heated, which was a very nice touch. Afterwards, I was not made to rush, and could enjoy the steam and shower at my own pace - she even told me I could lock the door! A far cry from places where the masseuse is literally in the room while I shower and change, which is uncomfortable. The only nitpick that I had was that both the bath mat and the sheets on the bed seemed a bit dirty - there was some hair from the previous client on the bed as well (see pictures). Would recommend though.

White door is an experience to indulge in. It’s a clean and simple space to be mindful about one’s self care. They have various services that contribute to anyone regardless of gender. The staff is helpful, supportive and caring to one’s needs when there. Being able to go there once a while is a great treat for me personally. Their massages are fantastic, rejuvenating and healing. They use high end products for maximum value for their customers comfort. It’s a divine place to spend a few hours in. Highly recommend if you want to disconnect and reconnect with yourself.
