I have had an order with them since 2023, and they have not responded to me; they do not answer emails or calls. Until a year ago, they responded to me, but since then I have been unable to communicate with them. Has anyone received a response or been able to get their money back? Any recommendations from people who have experienced delays with them? Does anyone want to join me in hiring a lawyer to handle this matter? I can't lose the money I've already paid to this company.
Absolutely a HORRIBLE company to work with - will not respond to emails or return phone calls AFTER you place an order with them that you have been waiting on since MARCH. I do not recommend doing business with this company. The only reason it got 1 star is cause I wasn't allowed to make the review with out it.
i Trusted this company place many successful orders but for 1 order which was placed on March 2023 is still pending and they are not showing any concerns to reply to our emails and not ready to refund. frustrated
