I booked a first birthday package for my baby from this agency and was charged 8500rs. The service was extremely disappointing. The team came, cut the cake, and left quickly. The teddy bear costume was very untidy and unprofessional, which was not suitable for a baby’s birthday. The video quality was very poor. When I complained, they promised to edit and resend it within 3–4 days. It has now been over 2 weeks, and they are not responding to my calls or messages, and I still have not received the video. This was a special moment for my child, and the lack of professionalism and after-service support was upsetting. Not recommended.
