Great location and well managed short term private offices with shared lunchroom and boardroom. Perfect for any small business or a satellite office. Convenient having Tim's, Anytime Fitness, BC Liquor and a Convenience Store in the building as well. Highly recommend.

This isn't the building's fault per se, but the parking lot is a nightmare. Ironically most of the bad drivers are headed to the liquor store. Also, get rid of the carpet in the stairwell, Sheesh.
