PSF30Disappointed to say the least! Don't be fooled by the Brand name! There is absolutely ZERO HYPE. Engaged the services of this Company in October 2024 and spent 3k for 3 months and after a very short time it was evident we got no results ( 37 click on google)! Another 2k was asked to pay for advertising which was not communicated upfront. After 6 weeks and Issue after issue and many more hidden charges I requested to cease all work and a refund be issued as we were not satisfied with the NO RESULTS. . . 6 weeks work and 5k literally thrown down the drain. Talk about a business that over promises and under delivers. I don't generally write bad reviews but felt obligated to share my dreadful experience with Hype, especially from a small family owned and operated business where every penny counts - who also placed their trust in Hype (well the Sales pitch). To make matters worse, November annd December invoices amounting to 10k where work has not even been done or completed have now been referred to a third party debt collection company! . We have been sending emails for a resolution and over 6 Months on still no response from my last communication to their legal team. Everything is documented as well Disgraceful! ! DONT DO IT!
