Love this gym, it has everything you can ever want. Weight lifting, excersise equipment, walking track, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room. Classes are free with membership, which includes Zuma one of my favorites. They even offer massages, you do have to pay extra for that but oh so worth it.

Hi. I'm new to Lafourche/Terrebonne Parish I've recently joined the Fitness Center. I've never actually been in one...body shaming probably. I really feel very welcome 🙏 Everyone is so nice. I'll be doing water 💧 therapy. Plus the machines...I'm getting the hang of it.

Has indoor and outdoor walking tracks. Free Weights and Weight Machines and a big swimming pool. Can't really ask for more.
