Worst Experience Ever! I ordered a Jetson Nano developer kit, and their customer support assured me it would be delivered within 5 to 6 days. But forget about receiving it on time — they didn’t even dispatch the order after 12 days! To make matters worse, their customer support has gone completely silent. They claim to respond to emails within 48 hours, but it’s been over 8 days, and I’ve heard nothing. Even my request for order cancellation is being ignored. Avoid this site at all costs!

There is nothing called customer support. Not sent 1 item from the order but its mentioned in the invoice. Nobody picks the phone and no response to WhatsApp msg. Its been more than 15 days.

In india if you want to get 3d prints, Then mate, this is the BEST PLACE to get prints from, i am a product designer which means 1. Urgent requirements 2. Superb finishing 3. Exceptionally cheap price (specially when a student) 4. Cooperative people This place has it all.
