I booked a party hall for ₹35,000, which included food and a DJ. My booking time was from 9 AM to 3 PM. After I paid the advance, they told me the timing would be from 10 AM to 2 PM — which is unfair, especially since I didn’t take their stage decoration service (they tried to upsell it for ₹7,000, but I clearly said I didn’t need it). Our function took place on November 9th and was only for school students, not adults. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing and not up to the mark. I’ll also attach a photo of the plates for reference — please take this as personal feedback. The only positive part was the DJ, who was really humble and did a good job. Other than that, I’m not satisfied with the overall service. We had a total of 81 plates, and even my sister complained about the food. They said they would negotiate, but including the advance, I ended up spending ₹47,000 — which honestly didn’t feel worth it.

Better option for small functions with 50 members - birthday party or small reception and engagement party. Food is not great even though the menu is limited, the quality of food should be improved. Better to take the hall for rent & give catering to some other contract. Ambience is okish - more to improve and maintain - maintenance is highly lacking. More space for improvement.

We kept birthday function in this hall. We had very bad experience. Owner was very rude and money minded person not treating the customers fairly. They will not reduce even single rupee in anything please do not choose this hall for any function. They will speak very nicely till you book and pay advance then they will show their real face. Food was okay and service staff was changing their words frequently. They will not even accept credit cards for payment. Very worst experience. We will not even visit that hotel for anymore and I will not suggest anyone too.

Very unprofessional. Price is high. I had to wait for more than 30 mins for a soup. The lady was interested only on the table which had more members and while taking order from me, she kept asking the food items I want to order for, despite telling her multiple times. she insisted paying the bill when I was still eating saying it's late for her though I saw her around later. Even sea shell at anna nagar, offers the same food at much lower price. This was my first visit to the restaurant and sadly this would be the last as well.
