Steve & the team were once my go to agency, but that was before they were purchased by Pure SEO. The team did not deliver on the signed contract deliverables, made mistakes in the set up of two paid campaigns and Steve has been ignoring my emails since he decided the matter was solved. I've known Steve for over 20 years so really disappointed that he never once picked up the phone but I guess that's what happens when you sell out to a company that he always said did terrible work.

After more than a decade of dealing with a number of other digital marketing agencies, I almost came to a point of completely losing faith with the industry as a whole. So much so that I felt the only option left was to form our own in-house team. Results ranged from lack lustre to non-existent.
