Melanie Miller was our agent at CORE. Melanie was amazing to work with. My wife and I are first time home buyers and she was assigned to see a house (that didn't work out) through redfin. She was incredibly patient with us and answered all of our many questions. She did a ton of research for the houses we looked at, and was always on top of the information, if she didn't have it on hand she found things out very quickly. She was always level headed with us, she talked to us to understand our budget, our wants and needs, and locations we would like to see. She was a great resource to bounce ideas off of. If she thought something about a house would be more trouble than it's worth she let us know, and that honesty was so nice to have. We have thankfully found a place for us, but Melanie was an amazing agent that helped us through everything!

He took care of everything including handling all of the repairs (in under a week!), handling the inspection, and getting the house listed and under contract in ONE DAY! WOW!
