My sweet boy Mocha had a lot of blood in his dirreaha, wasn't eating or drinking which was quite concerning. The doctor gave him antibiotics and Advanced GI and I must say, Mocha is doing much better. The doctors there are so compassionate and listen to your concerns. I have been taking my fur babues to Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital for a few year's now and so happy I made that decision. I highly recommend them. Mocha is doing much better and playful again. Multiple terrible experiences at this clinic, from telling me my cats not in pain, which was highly unlikely so I took him to another clinic, where proper care was taken, to being completely oblivious to a surgery I was seeking for my dog. The staff are constantly dismissive, and uninformed, and may I add, uneducated. I’ve had multiple negative encounters at this clinic, but the one that made me switch was an unprofessional and inappropriate comment made about my choice to not neuter my dog, where the vet flat out said I was making this choice due to my race/ethnicity. It made me very uncomfortable. I won’t be returning and do not recommend this clinic. They are not in it for the love of animals, but solely for monetary gains.
