This is my honest experience with this firm, nothing personal. The lawyers I had did not make an effort to make my case any better. Unfortunately, I didn't even feel like they were trying. I had to wait 8 months without seeing my kids because of this law firm. (even the judge was surprised and asked my lawyer,” Why did you wait this long.? ) Lawyers will ask you the same question by email on several occasions and bill you for those emails . I understand lawyers are there to make money, but at least provide me with a service I deserve. I would not recommend this firm, again this is just my personal experience.

Needs more Diversity, Inclusion and Equality. The racial landscape needs more visible minority representation… TDS falls far below the ratio of standard practice considering the amount of black, indigenous and African populations in Winnipeg.
