We found Nick from OMG Plumbing and Drains on the Nextdoor app. He’s an excellent plumber and we highly recommend his company. Nick is professional, easy to reach + speak with, takes the time to explain what he’s going to do, answered all of our questions, had great suggestions, cleaned up after himself and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Our washer was not draining properly. It’s on a raised wooden platform and it seems that it was not connected to the drainpipe properly (not to code). Nick diagnosed the issue with his camera but ended up having to dig up our concrete in the basement laundry room. Once in, he further explained the issues observed, showed us the camera footage, made the repairs/replacement to the plumbing (now to code!) and re-did the concrete. Great work. Nick saved us . Hopefully we don’t need his services anytime soon but if we do, we are definitely calling Nick from OMG Plumbing and Drains.
