We’ve dined here often and every time the service has been friendly and attentive and food has been consistently excellent. Had an 8:30pm reservation on Dec 31 to celebrate the upcoming new year and had Nick as our server. Fantastic service, great guy and he helped to make our celebration a really great one. The Classic rib steak with loaded baked potato is my go-to (comes with a wedge salad, I chose blue cheese dressing and sautéed mushrooms and vegetables). Chef’s kiss. Other’s ordered top sirloin steaks, prime rib and pistachio crusted salmon. Everyone enjoyed their meals and excited that I had leftovers so I can continue to enjoy my meals and excited at home.Topped off our meals with the Keg’s Billy Miner Pie 😋 Shout out again to Nick and Marissa, the host with a beautiful smile and helped us to get seated quickly.

Fantastic! Our server, Dino, was excellent! Constantly checked in our table without being overbearing, and created a relaxed environment for my husband and I to enjoy our meal and the atmosphere. Dino was super accommodating when we asked to move to a different section initally due to a quite rambunctious family with younger, excited kids that were sat beside us. We were happy for the family and just desired a quieter area for our date. Our steaks were great as always and our server was wonderful! I asked if I could get my mash potatoes made like the twice baked potatoes with the bacon bits and sour cream, and our server suggested I get all the fixings on the side to add it in to suit my preference! Delicious! Love the keg! Dino, keep being fantastic, your service was phenomenal!

I had an amazing dining experience at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Richmond Hill! I ordered the Lobster Summer Menu, and it was absolutely perfect – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I also enjoyed the calamari and a classic Caesar salad, both delicious and perfectly seasoned. The wine selection paired wonderfully with the meal, making the evening even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding – attentive, friendly, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything from the food quality to the ambiance was top-notch. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a perfect night out with amazing food and great service. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Consistency and value for your dollar. Our server Jackie was friendly, professional and very attentive. The restaurant is spacious and had an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere, suitable for family dining but also quite nice for date night as well. Beautiful selection of wine as you can see from my picture, however if you prefer a scotch they’ve got quite a nice selection of both single malt and blended. As a starter I had the Caesar salad. It was very lightly dressed in a cream sauce with parmigiana cheese shavings, chunky croutons and lemon wedge. Basic and unrefined, but a starter salad nonetheless. For mains I had the 10 oz filet medium. The temperature on the cook of the meat was perfect! Seasoned well. The quality of the steak was decent and definitely in line with the pricing. The green beans were crispy and tasty and I wish there were more. The plate looks a little sparse but a satisfying plate. My partner chose a 7 ounce top sirloin cooked well. He had no complaints and we both enjoyed the atmosphere and the service we received which was appreciated. Both of us agreed we would come back to the Keg Richmond location and repeat the experience. ENJOY
