I had a great first time experience here, I honestly was nervous due to past experiences 😅 but Dr. Krystina Sandefur and Ms. Wendy were so kind and informative and we're incredibly patient with my questions and very thorough with my exam. I couldn't have asked for a better appointment. Plus they sent out this thank you card, which i hope they know has won me over. Its nice to know that you are being thought of.

I had a great experience here! The staff were very nice, took really good care of me, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My husband came with me and he was also happy with how everything went. We live in Lexington, and honestly, it’s worth the drive! Highly recommend this dental office.

Best dental experience I’ve had. From the intake process to the extraction everything was as best it could be for the situation. The nurse Maggie did a great job letting me know exactly what was going on during the whole process. Dr. Smith did a great job talking me through the process as he went. I had great conversations with both.

We enjoy our visits at ThoroughDent Smiles. All of the Dentists are kind and knowledgable, and the entire staff is friendly and well-informed. They are judgement free and just want to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. We have now had our teeth cleaned there 3 times on a 6-month rotation. This is something I never wanted to do because of bad experiences before. This practice prioritizes the patient’s experience and comfort, and that has changed how I view dental cleanings. I don’t leave without booking the next appointment in advance.
