We partnered with Thought Parallels to design and build our dream home in kerala and it has been a fantastic experience! I want to point out three things that stand out based on personal experience: 1. Both Nikhil and Shabna are masters at their craft and you can trust them to build a home that incorporates your ideas, solves for your concerns and in the end is a beautifully designed elegant home. 2. The attention to detail and personal commitment they show to each project is commendable - Our project ran into multiple issues with contractors / vendors resulting in changes to design and project delays. Nikhil and Shabna were able to help us navigate through these challenges and assumed certain costs for mistakes made by other vendors. 3. Efficiency and access to curated partners - We built our home in Kerala while living in the US. TP made the process efficient by setting up zoom calls, having competent project managers like Shijeesh and using latest technology to help visualize design aspects. They have a good list of curated vendors at various budget levels and most of the vendors turned out to be much more professional and honest than a typical vendor that you would find yourself. We are extremely happy with the home that TP helped us bring to reality. Nikhil and Shabna were true partners and friends throughout the journey filled with obstacles. We would highly recommend Thought Parallels to anyone thinking about bring their concept home to reality.
