Absolutely brilliant experience and lovely business owner.Would definitely recommend and would return for anything I might need! Pleasant experience from start to end - called in the morning asking for some ribbons, I explained I’m packaging some gifts - I was looking for brown wrapping paper for which he did not stock - however offered advice on where I could source some. Explained process of purchasing with the stock inventory online and told me I can click and collect as I live local. Managed to collect same day within 2 hours. Lovely gentleman was great to find this business in Birmingham. I would not go anywhere else now moving forward
