This companies customer service is outstanding. They did the electrical in my new home build. Warranty expired 7 years ago and they still honor and fix anything they deem as a possible workmanship issue. I've also had some basic inquiries over the years and emailed them general questions and they gave great advice, which they have no obligation to even respond. I have mostly dealt with James. He conducts himself like a pro. All contractors should follow their lead.
