I left White Drug a few years ago because customer service was lacking. Because of pharmacist changes, I went back. Twice I've had the same staff help me, no personality, no greeting or smile & seems annoyed & disinterested. Pharmacist was nice but have would appreciated talking in a lower for a more private conversation. Update - the last few weeks, customer service has been great & staff is friendly.

We have been happy customers of Spencer's Thrift White Pharmacy for over 50 years! Thanks go to Amy, Toni, Deb, and all of the other people that have taken such good care of us for all of those years! You will all be missed.

My wife switched to Thrifty White, based on their hours, back in June. She has gotten her glucose monitor there 3 different times, yet this last time the price randomly went up around $20. When she asked why it was so much more, they said they had no record of past purchases and that's the price it has always been. This is after being told each time that they either can't find the device or don't have one in stock and to 'come in Monday because "we can't enter a code today".' Switching back to her old pharmacy. Their hours may not be as convenient, but at least they'll have their s*** together.
