Went in for a cleaning and honestly, it was a really good experience. The hygienist was gentle but did a thorough job, and the whole team was super friendly. My teeth feel super clean and I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable at any point. Definitely coming back here.

This office couldnt help me physically but they did their very best to help me in any other way I needed. OFS didnt work out for me so i needed to see a doctor in Birmingham and thrive was more than willing to help me get my xrays to them and to try and help me get my xrays from OFS to also email to the other doctor. Brandy was very compassionate . 10/10 reccomend just based on the issues i had and how they handled it .

Dr. Cross and her team are very friendly and treat patients deliberately . My mom had tooth fillings there and got back to the clinic two times for tooth surface adjusting after filling, she got timely good care every time .
