Great gym. Owner is very communicative and was able to pause/cancel my membership as needed with very little hassle (just a quick email to the owner) which was amazing as a college student who had summer internships and is now moving from Iowa City. Worth the extra couple dollars a month compared to other Iowa City gyms especially with the great and clean amenities, friendly staff, and no annual or hidden fees.

Friendly environment, lots of great equipment for just about anything you could think of, and I especially like the private bathrooms/showers.

The BEST gym I’ve ever been apart of! This gym is kept so clean and has everything I could want, including free lockers and massive private bathrooms. All of the staff I’ve interacted with has been so friendly and kind. I feel very at home here. Coming to thrive has become the best part of my day! I can’t recommend this place enough!!
