I’ve had such a great experience living here! Ive been here for a month now and truly love my new space. I was just living across the street in a brand new build, but I honestly prefer the atmosphere and energy this place brings more. The move in process was super smooth, the front office staff were so kind, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. They made everything so easy and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautiful and updated. The floors, cabinets, and countertops all feel modern and fresh. It’s spacious, cozy, and really feels like home. Maintenance has also been amazing! Every time I’ve submitted a work order, they’ve been quick to respond and always so kind when helping out. Of course, since the building is a bit older than some of the newer apartments nearby, there are occasional small fixes needed but the maintenance team truly stays on top of it. The community overall feels super safe. You can't expect the heart of downtown to be the safest anywhere you are lowkey, but the building itself is gated and locked and I havent had any issues. It’s quiet and I’ve never had any issues with loud neighbors either. The gym has all the essentials I need, and the package system is super easy to use. I’ve honestly had nothing but a positive experience here and wanted to share since I know reviews can sometimes lean negative. I really love living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to call home.

The front desk workers Sandra and Jennifer were extremely accommodating throughout my move-in process. They explained the lease and nuances in a very straightforward manner. In addition, I enjoy how the package delivery system uses Amazon lockers. That makes me feel like my package is always secure compared to leaving it at the door like other complexes. I’m also leaving five stars because their maintenance has been amazing. Within a day of putting in a request to fix my washer and dryer it was fixed, and I never even noticed that anybody visited. The AC works great and it’s also straightforward to set up utility bills. I have no complaints about the hot water or noise here. The units are a good price for the square feet and high-quality complex. I would highly recommend citygate!

Sandra was absolutely wonderful to work with while I was completing my applications! She was warm, patient, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the process. Her support made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. The living situation she helped me secure is great, well-maintained, comfortable, and just as described.
