These people are useless. They don't communicate with each other. I had my medical records released from somewhere and scheduled a follow-up appointment. Cut to my therapist still not having any record of it. If someone in your practice received my medical records, how do you have no record of it? And people wonder why everyone is upset with the healthcare system.
