The session with Eliana was great. For some reason they booked a medication psychiatrist at the exact same time and I was charged a “no show” fee. This has been resolved but it did happen.

I scheduled an appointment, they determined my insurance had lapsed. I called my insurance provider twice, said I was still insured. They canceled my appointment only a few days in advance of my first visit. A day later they rescheduled my appointment without talking to me . I’m no longer interested in working with this group.
