I have been seeing Kat for nearly 3 years, Self Love Therapy is an amazing place where they truly care about you! Kat has helped me through many major life events, combatted my anxiety through engaging exercises and practices, and has helped me become more confident. I’ve met with her weekly for almost 3 years and genuinely don’t know what I’d do without her.

Liz is an incredibly caring, down-to-earth, and skilled therapist! As a dietitian, I've been very lucky to share several clients with her over the past several years, and all of our clients trust and speak SO highly of her. I've been so impressed by the business and team that Liz has built over the years, and could not recommend Self Love Therapy LLC enough to anyone looking for mental health counseling in the Boston area.

If I could give 10 stars to Leslie, I would! I've been seeing Leslie for almost 4 years now and I cannot recommend her enough. She is kind, compassionate, organized, punctual, and a clear communicator. She has helped me navigate through several life transitions, my anxiety, and has supported me throughout my fertility journey. She is also extremely insightful and professional, which I sincerely appreciate. I can't recommend her & Self Love enough. I'm extremely grateful for the care this practice provides and I highly recommend them.
