Absolutely THE WORST customer service!! We have had more problems with our brand new trailer built by them!! We had to drive it up there to have MULTIPLE THINGS FUXED we had only used it for 8 days!!! We left it for a week & they still didn’t fix everything. We got back with the trailer & 2 additional things broke & one of the issues they “fixed” was so poorly fixed it broke again! They forgot screw in the floor by the griddle & grill (where all the cooking is done) The floor makes a terrible noise & they tried to blame us for washing the floor (we hadn’t washed it yet - we spot cleaned & it’s a rubber floor! The plywood on the floor isn’t treated so we’re actually worried now on how we should wash it!!!! We missed out on 4 days of business & they couldn’t have cared less! They didn’t even apologize at the very least! We are in the process of having the trailer looked at to file claim against them!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPSNY if you want a useable quality trailer! They have big name contracts so you think they’re reputable but not to the little guy who’s only building 1. I have video & documentation to back up everything thank goodness!! $68K for our trailer, paid in full, in cash & it’s a piece of junk!!!
