Tidy Time Saver House Cleaning Services

We have been with TTS for a number of years and are pleased with the quality if service they offer. We have only had one issue when the service was not in accordance with the quality we have become accustomed to. We called and was offered an apology and they redid the cleaning the next day. Our usual cleaner Alicia is very professional and has made our lives so much better because of the immaculate service she offers. We are very grateful to Alicia ant the team at TTS

We’ve had cleanings with TTS for 5 years, weekly for the last 3ish. In the last couple months sadly the service has very much declined. One week they vacuumed my house with the wet vacuum causing a clog that took close to 90 minutes to fix. No offer of compensation provided (we pay 150 dollars a week). Then we started to notice that things were not being complete, our tubs and glass were frequently untouched and the time they spent cleaning became less and less. Till we hit what was our final week with TTS. Time stamps on our cameras tell us they weren’t even in the house for an hour and left it sticker than when they came. When I let the manager know we were met with they can come back in a couple hours and re clean, well that’s 3:40 and every parent knows that’s not a great time… they told us they were too busy to come the next day. No compensation offered. For the risk, we decided that it wasn’t worth the price. Proceed with caution with TTS if you want to take a chance with no guarantee of quality and no protection for you time or money.

I have mentioned this before, but my toilet switch has to be flicked up after it’s flushed. Otherwise, the water keeps running. I would appreciate if this gets passed on to the staff that is cleaning my place because it’s leading to higher water bills for me. Thank you.
