Dave NapiorskiUsually an excellent place for drinks, but not today. Ordered two drinks, one full sugar and the other with half sugar. Neither drink had any sugar at all. When I asked staff to remake the drinks, she argued that they were made properly and tried to just add it to the top of the drinks after I had asked for them to be remade. Another girl came out to see what was happening, the first server explained, and the second just added the sugar to the top of the drink. After they were actually remade, the drinks had some degree of sweetness, but still significantly less than is usual. Quite unhappy with the service and product today.
Jeffrey MeekThe product is always. 5.. Since they started selling waffles the service is dreadful. It's ok when 1 order has a waffle. I am 3rd in line for a waffle. It's 1 minute from 30 minutes and still waiting Because of this added item they are now understaffed.
Hannah TranWe tried the location in Richmond Hills too and the drink in this location taste much better than there. I’ve been here twice and the drink were so good, topping were great especially cheese mousse. Wafle was good too, can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu, I’m in this location all the time but always tried Coco, so sad I didn’t know this place sooner.
