Service was professional, expedient and attentive. Cory N. was the greatest and went far beyond the mark to take care of me. You do not find customer care like this often anymore. He and the rest of the team are exceptional. I’ll always come back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Beaverton Audi service center. While my car was in their possession, it was vandalized — the rear passenger window was broken. Shockingly, I received no apology or acknowledgment of the incident. To make matters worse, the overall vehicle readiness was completely unacceptable. Basic checks and cleanliness were overlooked, and the car was clearly not returned in a condition suitable for delivery. Despite being told via text that the vehicle only needed a wash and was ready for pickup, it had not been washed at all, further highlighting the lack of care and attention. They didn't even bother to clean up the shattered glass until I made a specific request. The car had also been left parked under trees and was covered in sap — once again, I had to ask them to clean it. When I got home, I discovered the engine cover was missing, which raises serious concerns about quality control. Most troubling of all, the vandalism was never reported to the police, which shows a complete lack of accountability and regard for customer's property. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this service center with your vehicle. My experience reflects a serious failure in professionalism, responsibility, and basic customer service.
