My sister was driving down the road and an eight-year-old boy who was riding an ATV in his yard came out into the road and hit the side of her vehicle. The boy driving the four wheeler was the nephew of the ATV owner. So he said, since it was his nephew that hit her car he would not pay for it, and his brother would have to pay for it since it was his son who hit the vehicle. The boys Dad won’t answer the phone when my sister calls him. Even though my sister has full coverage she still has to pay a deductible. Wagner & Hopkins Insurance let the people who caused the accident off Scott free while my sister had to pay a $250 deductible. The total damage was $5000. It is not at all fair that she had to pay a deductible to get her car repaired! Wagner & Hopkins Insurance said they will not pursue going after the owner of the four wheeler or the drivers parents of the four wheeler. My sister shouldn’t have to pay anything to have her car repaired.

Helped an elderly friend with a storm damage claim. Terri & Tim very friendly & patient with the whole situation. Settlement was fast & was able to get needed repairs done quickly.

No help when my vehicle was stolen. My claim was denied and I could never get an answer from the office when I tried getting assistance. This was in 2017, switched to Allstate and I do everything online now.
