They take months to reply to your email. They are unresponsive and seem pretty unwilling to take your case without giving you a definite yes or no. Don't waste your time like I wasted mine to provide them with documentation/ details on the case etc and never receive a response. The firm is unethical as they seem more profit driven than genuinely wanting to help people.
