I'd moved property and needed a new lock for security, fortunately I got Jacob who came out straight away. He fitted the lock easily and speedily, but we had problems with a key safe and he showed such perseverance. He was efficient, friendly and professional. I'd definitely use again in the future.

Jacob is such a wonderful man. Came to the rescue in short space of time. Took the time to explain what was happening and what needed to be fixed. Was very professional, friendly and transparent. Gave great advice as well on how to protect my lock in future. Would highly recommend.

Jacob just came out to fix my lock which was completely broken and meant I couldn’t lock the door at all. He came out quickly and last minute at a time that was best for me and saved me from having to go to sleep with a door that wouldn’t lock. Excellent customer service and will use him in the future if I have any further issues which I doubt there would be but if there are he gave me a 12 month guarantee. All I can say is thank you and if you are looking for a locksmith then go with Lockfit and you will not be disappointed.
