We started with Tip Top K9 about 3 years ago for our reactive GSD, Kai, and he’s come such a long way. Steven was our first trainer, and he did an incredible job building trust with Kai while teaching us so much. Landry has been a steady, knowledgeable support over the years, always bringing peace of mind. Kylee and Q have been amazing during boarding—Kai is always excited to see them, and it’s clear they truly care about him. Most recently, we’ve had Christopher at group classes and Ashley at drop-offs and pick-ups, and they have also been great. We’re so thankful for the whole team and look forward to group classes whenever we can make it!

Tip Top did a great job with our girl Gracie from start to finish! The weekly updates with pictures were detailed and put our mind at ease. Q brought our baby home and was very patient and really helped use build our confidence with her! She has really done a full 180! I’m really excited to see how far she can go and to come to the group classes!

We had a great experience with our lessons! Quinton and Kylie worked with us and our German shepherd Iris for the 5 lesson package. Both of them explained everything thoroughly and really helped teach us how to work with Iris on the commands. They were friendly and kind to my husband and I and our dog during every lesson. We’re excited to continue with Tip Top group classes!
