Look no further for your roofing needs. Tip Top beat the completion price wise by miles. You don’t pay anything until the job is done to your satisfaction. Guys got here on time. Did the work. Cleaned up until everything was spic and span. The lead man, Jon Delaney, was knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wish all contractors were as easy on the nerves as Tip Top.

Never seen a harder working crew in my life. They stripped the old roof, fixed a bunch of old rot, and had a never roof up in the same day. They did an excellent job cleaning up. Totally reasonable and professional experience and I am so grateful I went with them! Thank you John and Crew!

These guys replaced my 3 season room roof. Despite several small setbacks, they did their best and have very good customer service. Make sure you get all their intentions in writing as sometimes details slip through the cracks. John D. is a salesman so perform your due diligence when verifying work to be done. Most of the crew did not speak English. They have a good labor warranty aside from the usual materials warranty. Double-check for nails after they go over with magnet. They will do it again if you find any. I had a few problems with this company that were resolved. Most of their workers did not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. Due to delays, I didn't make final payment until 2 weeks after the start of work. That doesn't include several days waiting beforehand for assessing the job and obtaining the permit. Very good company overall.
