Had appointment made a week in advance to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced for my Classic car. Rims where taken off the car and brought to them a hour and a half away. After a hour and half waiting in there shop I was informed they only had three out of the four correct tires on hand. The guy working the front desk got on the phone and got the fourth tire on the way ASAP. For a total wait time of two and half hours I was finally back on the road for my hour and a half drive back home. Shop looked like they where doing alot of work for other customers and had great reviews but as my luck would have it this was my experience.

I was visiting from out of state and had an auto emergency. They got me right in on a Saturday morning, fixed my issue, and got me safely on my way for a fraction of what I was expecting to have to pay. It's an easy 5 stars from me!

If I could give zero stars i would. We took our vehicle in to get an alignment after buying new tires and the shop tried to rip us off by trying to con us into replacing our rear control arms and front tie rods. Especially since our mechanic had just done a thorough inspection of our suspension in preparation for winter! Very disappointed with these liars and thieves and much happier with the new place we found.
