I’m quite disappointed with my recent experience with Titan Law Corporation. They scheduled me for a 30-minute free consultation specifically to discuss my immigration situation. In their email, they clearly stated I would be speaking directly with an immigration expert. Unfortunately, when the time came, I never received the call. I had to call them myself, and the person who answered was just a coordinator, not an immigration expert at all. They mentioned they’d transfer me to a lawyer, but not the expert I was promised. This felt really misleading and like a bait-and-switch. If they couldn’t actually deliver the promised consultation, they shouldn’t have set that expectation. Overall, I’m not happy with the service and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
